• the formula or the menu command you used, and what the cell or dialog showed;
• for a key, quota or billing question: the first 7 characters of your key only (never paste the whole key);
• for a Pro subscription: the email used on Polar.

Before writing

• ⏳ in a cell: the search is still running; use Extensions › SheetSonar › Refresh pending formulas a minute later.
• Quota: Extensions › SheetSonar › My quota shows what is left this month.
• Cancel Pro: from the Polar customer portal link in your purchase email.
