Terms of service

Last updated: 12 October 2026

The service

SheetSonar is a Google Sheets add-on that returns data from the public Google Trends and Google Flights pages. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Data is provided as found on those pages at the time of the search: it can be incomplete, late or wrong, and Google can change or stop those pages. Do not rely on it for decisions where an error would be costly; check prices on the airline or Google Flights before buying.

Plans and quotas

• Free: 20 results a month per key, free of charge. We may limit the total number of free results when demand is high.
• Pro: 1,000 results a month, monthly subscription.

One result is one value delivered: one keyword, or one route on one date. A menu report counts as one result (fare calendar: one per 60 days). Empty and failed searches are not counted. Unused results do not carry over.

Fair use

Do not share or resell keys, try to get around quotas or limits, or overload the service. We may suspend a key that does, after a warning when possible.

Payment, cancellation, refunds

The Pro plan is sold by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record, which handles payment, invoices and taxes; Polar's terms apply to the purchase. The subscription renews every month until you cancel it from the Polar customer portal; it then stays active until the end of the paid month. If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you will get it. We will announce any price change by email at least 30 days before it applies to you.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; important changes are announced at least 30 days in advance. French law applies. Contact us first at contact@sheetsonar.com; EU consumers can also use a mediator or the courts of their place of residence.
